Hennessey's Minor Jig comes from S. S. Stewart's Banjo & Guitar Journal, April & May 1891, by John Hennessey. The Egyptian Fandango, 1882, is by the Great Horace Weston. Played on a Sears, Roebuck & Co. Supertone "Ragtime King" #407. Nylgut strings.

  • Thanks, I am a big fan of minor pieces. This one I just tossed together.

I'll try to put TABs on my personal website in the next few days.

  • Listened to this a couple more times and realized how spine-rattling spooky it is. Awesome.

  • I dig the tone.

Also the simplicity of the style. You get used to people like Ossman who don't let the piece breath.

One thing I didn't like so much is that I can't tell where one piece ends and the other begins.
