well if human did build it, it would litterally take like 1000 years. And what kind of idea would keep people to work on such idea! I mean why not just build simple tree house?
@thaumasein If historians were a little more rational about the immanent possibilities and less ignorant of questions they're afraid to ask, they'd agree to how physically impossible those feats would have been for the people of that time.
@thaumasein [Cont'd] If you mean interpreting the possibilities as "when you have two competing theories that make exactly the same predictions, the simpler one is the better," it depends entirely on your perception of "simple". The possibility of ETs helping Ancient Civilizations and those ancients viewing them as 'gods' is, apparently, much more likely than the people of that time just 'thinking it up and building them on their own knowledge'.
@thaumasein In MY honest opinion, that's incorrect. The Occam's Razor is a scientific principle, and you've failed to tell me in what respect you take what's given in this documentary based on that principle. Whether I've heard of it or not is irrelevant.
@Gex9z look,... if someone is behaving childishly in this "conversation" that would be you, IMHO,... and i get that the documentary isn't made to publicize the book or books,..just how stupid do you think i am? and i am not denying that there's a remote chance of aliens building the stuff,... but as i said before,... ever heard of the occam's razor? it's just common sense,...something you seem to lack,... and it's not meant to be an insult,...
@thaumasein LOL. That book's already selling well. No one spends a shitload of money to make a documentary just to advertise a book; they gain a profit for the documentary itself. This wasn't made by the author of that book, and watch it and learn from it because it uses cold hard facts, not baseless, opinionated and childish propaganda like what you''re attempting to put forward.
I can't believe that one guy has a mo-hawk. I understand he has a ph.d. and whatnot, but how serious do you think his colleagues take him with hair like that?? hahaha
