Diversion dam on Yakima near Eburg - just past crest?

I think the river level is finally starting to subside. This vid was taken just before the sun went down. Sorry about the sound- it's gusting over 40mph out there.

You can see the other side of the dam is completely flooded around, the water burst through the dike near the pile of boulders and is leaking into the cement irrigation intake, and that pipe to the right of the frame is the one I was standing next to in the first video I took of the dam while the water was still rising yesterday.
