How come no one mentioned the Black Gangs that left the city and went up North 10/50 miles and looted, raped and did all kinds of nasty things? Not a word was said. Rumor had it that you couldn't find a skinny Gator. Law was pretty scarce and people of all colors looked after each other as it should be.

When Katrina was going on I made the comment that anybody looting tv's or things of that nature should be shot. Food and water I got. But a tv? One of my coworkers from New Orleans immediately began yelling "thems my peoples! Thems my peoples! They just trying to survive!" Really? I asked. Are they going to eat the tv? His response was "they owe us" TNB
