I met these two guys at the Bof A in Franklin, Tn. right after the big flood, Franklin PD thought it wasnt too cool and arrested us and gave Ken and Brad citations. Part 2 will be up soon.

I don't really have an opinion about either side (I'm sure the police were just doing their jobs) .... but I'm curious about what exactly can they charge those kids with? Wakeboarding on an empty flooded parking lot doesn't seem like it would be illegal. It's basically the equivalent to riding a sled down an empty street after a deep snow.....in fact, it's pretty much the EXACT same thing (and people do it all the time).
