Mesh tension load is an oval set in a rectangle.

You'll need to "soften" the corners of the mesh rectangle to a small gradual curve 3-5 inches towards each end.

    A technique to gauge "softening":

Lock the mesh weave in straight to begin with.

Use a marker to draw a line on the mesh from to each roller-end where it wraps around the locking channel.

Slightly pull the rods up at the roller ends and draw the mesh line outwards into a slight oval.

Lock the rods back in and stretch.

  • @AdvancedScreen ok i think i got the rod poping solved.. but now another issue occured.. the mesh keeps ripping after 15 newtons..

  • @razerer

Quick fix is to roughen the rod surface with coarse grit sandpaper (60-80).

Over time, the rod surfaces tend to become polished with wear.

If the problem is very fine or very thick meshes.......

......there are three rod sizes available:

    -Standard diameter BLUE

    -Slightly larger diameter WHITE

    -Slightly smaller diameter BLACK

  • The nylons keep popping out. how to fix that
