2001 VW Passat - Been getting this engine chirp that speeds up with RPM increase. Thought it was the serp. belt/tensioner. Changed both and still have the problem. I've also replaced the timing belt and timing belt tension about 6 months ago - so they're brand new. WTF IS THIS?! I HATE THIS CAR!
