I was at this game...over the years, I've watched many different sporting events, but this is definitely, without a doubt, the greatest game I've ever seen. Carter-Finley was dead after the first half because we had been completely dominated. Then, we came roaring back. The best part was tearing down N.C. State's goalposts.

@prk1127 Why was the game at NC State's stadium?
Why was this game in Raleigh?

Prior to this game, Hurricane Floyd had hit the NC coast and flooded Greenville. At the time of the flood, the ECU football team was out of town having played and beat the University of South Carolina. The game with Miami was going to be cancelled, but NC State allowed it to be played in Raleigh. A nice gesture by NC State.

My father had been taking me to football games at ECU since I was old enough to leave the house, but this game was when I officially became a life long Pirate. The irony of us playing and beating the Hurricanes after having been devastated by 3 consecutive storms of the same name can't be overstated. It was the most emotional and incredible sporting event I have ever (and probably ever will) been lucky enough to be present at.

Is it possible to get these highlights without the music? I never got to see this game, and I always wanted to hear the crowd and the commentary with it.
