@zeas737 I understand your point, but when the issue of who responds to salvation's calling in Arminian circles is pressed. It comes true that the semi-pelagian dicisional works mental assent to the information of the Gospel, can produce a said faith, and not living faith. Nevertheless God is the author of our faith and when His seed falls on good ground He fashioned; "All that the Father gives me shall come to me; and he that comes to me I will in no wise cast out." John 6:37

@oregonisboring Yes, to some degree that would be true. Depending on how far the synergistic leading Adamic nature of some Arminian freewill doctrine adherents has spread, and corrupted the power of grace that works.

@oregonisboring Yes, but his doctrine has been corrupted in some modern day Methodist churches that have apostatized from holiness and abiding in the foundational New Testament doctrine of Christ alone.
