We crazy Finns made the B-class possible in the 70's-80's, and it effectively ended for us Finns when young Henri Toivonen died at the French island of Corse in 1986.
May he rest in peace, but he propably died doing what he loved most.

It's funny thing, how nobody never remembers and cares about the Peugeot 205. Sometimes, the dullest thing is the best.
Was Peugeot exiting ? No.
Was Peugeot remarkable ? No.
Audi started the whole thing and Lancia went with it a little bit further. Peugeot just settlet between those two Gods and created a car witch was a fast, easy and reliable. But nothing more.
PS: Without Ari Vatanen, history would be different. He was the key to Peugeot's success.
