Keep the water and rice ratio as shown here.And always take a good quality rice.
Basmati rice is very less sticky.

Hi Shubhpreet,

From my cooking experience, you should not stir the rice often...once in a while gently stir the content...i hope this helps...a

Wow one of the simplest recipe for pulao. I loved it... I will do this soon! I slightly fry vegetables and rice and cook them together in rice cooker... may be now I shud cook both of them separately using your tips... Thanks ma'am!

nice nice nice nice nice, very nice presentation, simply superb, yummy pulao, instead of using 3spoon oil, i will use 1spoon, since i am on dieting, you cooked the rice nicely without using the electric or pressure cooker. good. thanks manjula, keep up your good work.

I would use more rice than what she's using, for that amount of spices.... double the amount of rice.

but I always make for more than one day, anyway
