Wow one of the simplest recipe for pulao. I loved it... I will do this soon! I slightly fry vegetables and rice and cook them together in rice cooker... may be now I shud cook both of them separately using your tips... Thanks ma'am!

Are you a jain though? I have noticed you do not use onions and garlic at all in the food.
Basmati rice is very less sticky.
From my cooking experience, you should not stir the rice often...once in a while gently stir the content...i hope this helps...a
but I always make for more than one day, anyway
