you know when you have internet addiction... you dont really need to know the exact definition. I'm only going to get 3 hours of sleep tonight (great idea) before work tomorrow... its so hard for me to break my hyperconcetration when I'm trolling through the net.

I need help doc... PS I was diagnosed with ADD as a child... so I'm sure there is a relation. Please respond soon so I dont frequent my inbox 500 times over the next few days
