just because there is a scale in it doesn't mean it's about anorexia.
The way I see it it's about the possible lack of a greater plan beyond our existence and therefore the meaninglessness of everything we achieve in life. The desease is the knowledge you pass on when you realize that everything you perceive as reality is an reflexion of your own wishes and therefore only an interpretation..
