Well done George. Now the relatives of those massacred by the Syrian military can draw solace from your assertion that their regime is not "like the other Arab dictatorships ". It will certainly come as a psychological balm to those left bereaved or mutilated, that their oppressors occupy a higher moral plane than the oppressors of others. Idiot.

Really "the Good things Syria has done" George?..you absolute disgusting waste of air. I live in Turkey and have watched daily the influx of Syrians crossing the Turkish border to safety. Seen on the Turkish TV, film smuggled out of Syria of the brutallity by the regime you praise and love. Galloway you are an absolute disgrace to humanity..an absolutely pathetic small brained fool who would rather line your pockets from evil then admit you are a hypocrite of the highest order.

@AmetReloads I don't deny there are armed gangs and not just peaceful protesters. but that doesn't change the fact that the regime is responsible for most of the killing and is an illegitimate regime because it is a dictatorship.
just yesterday the regime's forces bombarded a city randomly and killed hundreds of civilians.

its amazing anyone listens to Galloway
-
"The good things", what exactly? Hating Israel? If your George Galloway you really are his number one fan!

If the Dictatorship of Syrial fall, Islamists will come.
I think that Galloway need to be executed, but this don't change the fact... the rebels are bigger threat than the current regime of Syria.\
Yes, Assad is vile monkey... but at least he is vile only to his people, The Rebels from other hand are Pro-Expansion (Pro-Islamic Caliphate)
Unlike Assad, they want to Islamize the whole world
-
George must like him because assad looks like hitler.

@GallowayWatch no ...
actually around 2000 soldiers were killed by the "peaceful protesters", who are financed and armed through turkey..
don't be naive..
behind the Syrian rebellion is the Sunni extremists in the gulf.
Galloway or not Galloway, only madmen want regime change in Syria..
-
@MrPeace643 yes the syrian army killed many it's own soldiers when they disobeyed orders to shoot civilians, or when they tried to defect.
and most of the 6,000 people who died were civilians who opposed the Assad dictatorship
-
@fraizer57 Have you ever asked how many of those 6000 deaths were of military soldiers? Would the Syrian government kill its own army?

The Ass sad regime has been practising oppression on all good Syrian. The secret service will jail, torture and kill anyone who has the slightest awareness of how to create a Syria that is free from this mafia. This criminal regime is trying very hard to create a civil war. TODAY WE say we are all Syrian let us not waste this chance of getting our freedom back. God bless the revolutionaries and we will win for our sake and the sake of your children and theirs.
I think George Galloway finally understands how much Assad is hated in Syria & in the wider Muslim world because hes now started to change his tone. I never understood why he praised Assad in the first place. Everyone knows that Assad is a slimy maggot who has never had any legitimacy to rule over Syria much like his scumbag father whos probably burning in hell. The point is Galloway is an idiot for supporting him in the first place and Bashar al Assad is just a piece of shit.

@mromz89 Galloway never changed his tone. he doesn't even mention Syria in any of his shows on presstv. and every time he is asked about it he dodges the question. he's unwilling to condemn the syrian dictatorship and he even said that the uprising was a conspiracy.
Galloway doesn't even admit that Saddam Hussein was hated by the Iraqi people, even though virtually every single Iraqi says otherwise.
here's the clip of him saying Saddam wasn't hated: watch?v=eTYu5i-CHL8
