Meditation is often associated with Oriental cultures -- sitting cross-legged or in the lotus position, motionless, and in silence. This format may seem challenging to some people in the West, and even more so to a mainstream audience.
This audio CD comes with an illustrated booklet of practical exercises explaining a sequence of simple movements to be done to the rhythm of the instrumental music. Each movement calls forth greater awareness, awakening our conscience to the present moment. This practice is extremely helpful to regain a peaceful state of mind, understand oneself better and to explore the state of meditation.

We do not mean to compete with Osho's meditations.
As you may know, Osho's No Dimension Meditation movements come from ancient Sufi traditions.
Bhagvati's movement are based on classical and contemporary dance movements (plus her 40 years of daily meditation) and involve a swinging gesture that gives it a complete different feel and helps one center himself. On phase 4, the circle figures of the 2 arms and the 8 figures helps feeling the circles of energy.
Also the music is very important.
