@marcellusatkins As i said before. Look up the definition of hades/sheol/grave/hell. They all mean the same thing. Where was he trapped? In the grave. We are all condemned to the grave, and through christ we will have life everlasting. Did you read ANY of the verses i showed you? Go back and read Ecclesiastes and tell me how that fits into what you are saying. Also something you have yet to answer is John5:18. Tell me how THAT plays into your doctrine.

@untoldtruth27 Luke 16:22 - The rich man who died and looked up from a place of torment...Hades....Hell...plac­e of the dead...whatever... How does that fit into your doctrine? Was Jesus a liar? I see a story of a conscious person...not his consumed flesh...crying out in torment and being told that there was no hope, help, or relief. Explain this in light of your understanding...
