  • how many does that little 3racing LED box cost?

  • @powerking230

    Hi PowerKing!

I found my lights from local hobby store and avoid postage. eBay could be nice place to find and buy this one. I did search by words "3Racing LED Lights". 23 dollars. With euros it sounds cheap, but there comes postage and we talk again about 23 - 25 euros. I put a snapshot at end of the video where can see how to put cables to get this work right. The "map" or paper what comes with this 3Racing LED Light was poor.

The 3Racing LED Lights box have place for more LED's. Haven't find seller, who have similar just-plug-and-play cables with LED's. One twin for front and twin to back would be nice.

This is finnish blog or static page, but you can try read it with Google Translate Web Page: e-revo.spaces.live.com. Some pictures. ;-)

  • @EmDzeiTube

thanks! I think im ill order myself some leds :D

  • @VerderfMKII

Yep, I used quick glue. Some cool tricks for you:

    1) drill the hole from that planned direction

    2) direct front lamp to wall and watch the light position and correct position when the glue is not torrid yet

  • @EmDzeiTube

awesome, nice to know that it will work :)

I recieved my E-revo last monday, very happy with it, even came with the 2.4ghz :)

one question left tho, how are the leds attached to the body? glued?

  • @VerderfMKII

The trick is open the radio signal receiver box and plug this 3Racing LED Lights two cabels to slot CH1 and CH2 (CH = channel). There is good instructions from 3Racing. You can then shut the receiver box and it is still safe for water. Yep, no external battery needed, becouse 3Racing LEDs got its power from your cars battery. And becouse those are LEDs, they do not eat your battery juice so much.

  • how did you connect this to your car? Its a little hard to see in the video and I want to do the same :)

  • Yep, my configuration didn't work as in manual. Therefore I add a picture about my settings for help other buyers.

My next plan is find more LED's and "lantern"; as proper cars (1:1) have. Haven't find both. And after this I have tryed to find a micro size speaker, what will make a V8 sounds from throttle settings (voltage value). I know there is similar becouse I have seen a Japanese electric mopeds with sounds (to make other ppl easy to notice them in traffic).
