I believe that "Doctor Bill" is somehow pussy footing around the issues in an attempt to appease your conscience-with the typical non-radical alternatives. When what is really needeed is radical action i.e. throw away your car keys and start cycling refuse to fly, eat a meat free, (preferably vegan) diet, and enjoy life while you still can, but not at the expense of trashing the planet!!!

Plants sink CO2 down to 0.00037% today. THere is no more CO2 in the air, btu there is also no more life on Earth, so all the CO2 stuff is not air!
