Dear Ones, Has anyone had a chance to read The Great Controversy and Early Writings? I would highly recommend these books. ellenwhiteestate. Period organization.

I highly recommend to all, Steve Wohlberg's book, "End Time Delusions". He writes in a clear, biblical way. Lot's of Scripture and historical references. Truly his "masterpiece"!

If you want to know how this will play out,
go to Genesis chapter eleven and read it backwards all the way to chapter one.

I forgot to read Jeremiah 4:23-28. Some do try and say this is only referring to Israel, but the context is very simple. Had Israel remained faithful, Christ would have come and desolated the earth back then. But Israel was not faithful, and therefore, the Church is now the new Israel. When Christ comes, the entire earth will be desolated. No point for a rapture under these circumstances.

(continued...)
All the wicked will be destroyed by the "brightness of his coming" (2 Thess 2:8). Therefore, this is OVERWHELMING evidence that a "pre-tribulation rapture" is UNECESSARY and completely foolish logic. Why? Because there is NOBODY to come back for! The 1000 year reign is in heaven. The wicked dead remain dead for 1000 years. At the end of the 1000 years, the New Jerusalem descends out of heaven with all the saints. The wicked are resurrected. This is "gog and magog".

JesusIsComing,
The Rapture and Second Coming are both ONE and the SAME event. The proof of this lies in Isaiah 13:9; Isaiah 24:1-4; Isaiah 24:17-22; Isaih 14:17-20.
At Christ's Second Coming, the earth will be COMPLETELY desolated, and "clean dissolved", with "no man". A barren "wilderness". All the righteous will be "caught up" at the second coming. The righteous will reign in heaven for 1000 years, while Satan is bound to a desolated earth during this time.

this guy is cooool :)
Besides, you can prove the Rapture wrong with Isaiah 13, 14, 24, and Jeremiah 4 that at Christ's Second Coming, the earth is made 100% desolate, and "clean dissolved". The earth will be 100% desolated during the 1000 years. At the Second Coming, THIS is when the Saints are "caught up". Satan is bound to a desolated earth for 1000 years. If the earth is desolated at Christ's Second Coming, this leaves no reason or logical purpose for a pre-trib Ratpure, since there is nobody to come back to!

TheBailEnforcer,
You're better off comparing the Rapture with Noah's day than Hebrew rituals and ceremonies. There is no reason to connect them. Pre-tribulationists engulf themselves in a plethora of theological lore and "hidden meanings" that absolutely mean nothing. All you have to ask yourself is: When Noah and the 8 survivors were "taken", did they ever come back to pick up more people? Or was it 100% over for all the inhabitants when the flood waters fell?
