The show here is called, "Life's Most Embarassing Moments". This title was originally used as 1-hour ABC specials similar to "TV's Blooper's and Practical Jokes". Then the show became "Foul-ups, Bleeps, and Blunders" until 1985. Then in the late 80s they used "Life's Most Embarassing Moments" again, seen in this clip. The host is Roy Firestone and is basically a half-hour interview show, similar to his ESPN discussion show "SportsLook".
