I like what Jesse Ventura says about this. "Excuse me. The Constitution says they can do it. It ends there. You cannot subject the Constitution to a popularity poll." He's absolutely right. The Muslims have a right to put a mosque wherever they want, just as Christians (which I am one) have a right to build a church wherever we want. The Constitution is THE law, not the popular whims of the people.
