My modified version for short demonstration."Fu Hock Seung Ying Kuen"This demo was at Fat San (Fo Shan) near Guangzhou in China when I was staying with the Wong Fei Hong (Huang Fei Hong)performance school home to our family style of Southern Kung Fu in Nan Hai Zong Lian.

The most famous of our forms in Hung Gar style, hard and soft movements Tiger and Crane.It is my modified shortened version of the original for demonstration.

Hi everyone, hope that you enjoy watching my videos in my account.

For Hung Gar training you should just try to train the characteristics of our style- Hard with Soft, Fast with Slow, and combine correct breathing with good stance training. forget about whos better than who, and just simply refine yourself.

Practice with humility as a discipline..and improvement as an everyday goal-never be satisfied with your own level to gain skill yourself. Thankyou for your comments
