According to the American Lung association, if you smoke for about 4-6 years or more and quit smoking you can actually increase you chances of lung cancer and or diseases. Seeing as 67% of lung cancer patients quit smoking. Tobacco is one hobby and style not worth giving up to myself, and I have my own personal reasons for it. But how people react to this video is more of a joke. What if she quit drinking soda? Would it make a difference?

I don't mind long video's, I'd rather hear about what's going on with your life! Wow, I really respect you for trying so hard to quit smoking for the health of you and your family! Now you'll be able to save the money from buying cigerette's and buy something for yourself!
