I didnt see it that way but the rounds were close I had Brook by 2 rounds. Mia was like the hometown fighter just like Marry was with Rita. Mia is with One in a Million Brook is with 8 Count.  No one gave Brook a chance(other than us)at the press conf. A rematch would be good but I think Brook would want the fight to be in Cicero. Brook did all she could to show respect for Mia on the show tonight(Bolo Punch Boxing Hour) I think no one talking (at the media events) to Brook worked her up.

Dierdorff said she won 5 rounds from Mia in the interview - way off. The respect she spoke for Mia is fake -- contacts say otherwise.

I don't think it was fake but I think that your not the only one that told her to show Mia respect. (and it sunk in) I still thnink Brook won all the round but 2&6 but I think all the rounds were close except 1&2. I like your view we need mor pepole like you on our Message Board.

Mia had the promoter behind her. The ref was behind Mia and One of the judges was way off. I wish you could see a full video of the fight. Mia was going to be the next fight for Marry McGee the real local fighter(Merrillville not Chicago)

Attractive female athletes tend to get a lot of hype. Look at Gina Corana. They think she's the best just because of her looks and the fact that she's undefeated when she hasn't even gone up against the top MMA fighters.

Dierdorff cut Mia with headbutts. The referee didn't control the fight. The scores were only one round apart. Dierdorff cheated.

Mia is 2-1 in her last three fights.

Mia St John is freakin overrated and lost (again) to Brooke last night. Only reason why St John is hyped is because she is attractive. She would get beaten down by any top female boxer and she has been exposed her last few fights.

Accidental or intentional, a headbutt is a headbutt and is not a legal blow. The fight was stopped by Mias corner due to the headbutt.

Rakoczys 9/2/06 fight with Belinda Laracuente was stopped (No Contest) when Rakoczy was cut from an accidental headbutt. Mias fight was no different except the ringside physician was wrong. All ringside physicians need to be certified and independent.

Dont underestimate the pressure on officials when the promoters boxer is involved.

It doesn't matter, bro. The ring doctor, not the fighter's corner or the fighter herself, is the only one who can decide to stop the fight. St. John was knocked out, plain and simple. The headbutt itself was purely accidental. You could see that. St. John was outclassed by Rakoczy the first time around and really didn't want very much more in the second go. You can't look at how apprehensive she is in that fight and tell me (with a straight face) that I'm wrong.
