I always try to play it like the original but sometimes when you use your imagination some nice riffs can be created.

Im getting a BC rich NT walock which have B.C. Rich B.D.S.M. humbuckers for pickups im told they are very good, but are they as good as seymour duncans?
No idea i just started this whole thing

thanks a lot but to be honest I'm just as clueless about gear. What matters most is that you find a well-built guitar that inspires you to play and find your own style. After all guys like Slash didn't sort out their gear until they had to record and yet he always sounded like Slash even with average borrowed guitars and amps.
