Weird Science (1985) is a teen film written and directed by John Hughes and starring Anthony Michael Hall, Kelly LeBrock and Ilan Mitchell-Smith. The film's producer Joel Silver acquired film rights to the pre-Comics Code Authority 1950s EC Comics magazine Weird Science, from which the plot is developed as an expansion and modernization of the basic premise in Al Feldstein's story "Made of the Future" in the fifth issue. The title song was written and performed by the American New Wave band Oingo Boingo.

Yep! I didn't understand some of the sexual innuendo but I remember I loved the party scene when the furniture goes all crazy.. I was already into horror movies by that age so this wasn't a big deal at all

This movie seemed like a real riot when I was fifteen and totally rampant for Kelly Le Brock. Now, however, I see it for the unfunny, crude and inept debacle it really is.

The idea of a post-racial America is terrifying isn't it, wonderman227? Good god, how will the hierarchy be maintained if there's no clear racial chain of command? Someone think of the children! Won't somebody please think of the children? But seriously, die.
