@AznCEL To clear up the confusion - (1) I'm not the maker of the other video. (2) This account is a couple of years old. I did create the Channel today because YouTube said I had to to comment. (3) I'm not debating the relative merits of the two videos. (4) I'm not even faulting these guys for doing whatever they did to make their vote count jump by 90--the rules of the contest appear to be anything goes, so why not. I'm just saying it seems a different story is needed to explain today.

If you are accusing them of something scandalous, what about you man? This video here is way more entertaining than yours. This this the rightful owner of the prize. Your jumps in likes seems alittle awkward to me. More scandalous then the OJ trial. Just my little 2 cents.

As far as I know, the other video got votes steadily all day -- nothing like the 90 or so this one got almost instantly. I'm sure a lot of those votes were "just trying to help out the guy"--same as a lot of the votes here. That's to be expected given the nature of the contest. I was reacting to these guys saying (comment since removed) that their "blip" yesterday was from their laptop brigade hitting up Hollywood tourists. I can't see that explaining today's instantaneous 90.

@sickvanagon WOW! So you're saying the other video can get 90 votes around the same time but this video isn't allowed to?? I wonder if the other people that voted for "Find love at taptogo" even actually liked that video or were they just trying to help out the guy.
