ELVIS PRESLEY-NEWLY DISCOVERED COLOR HOME MOVIES

"The King" is Back! In 1962 when Elvis Presley shot the movie "It Happened At The World's Fair" in Seattle, Washington, I worked for the fair and on the film and was the only person that Elvis allowed to shoot home movies of the behind the scenes production. This is a brief sample of the almost 30 minutes of color film and photos in my archives.

Thank you so much for putting this out for us to enjoy! I just rented this Movie on Netflix to see the ending scene, My family and I are in the crowd scene as they are singing "Happy Ending" and my Uncle Bill was also there with his security company,( He rode up to the top of the Space Needle with Elvis! I can't wait to get your Movie, for Elvis, for a brief glipse of the family back then(We never had a movie camera) and seeing Seattle,in the good old days, Thanks again!!

Was your uncle who rode to the top of the elevator with Elvis named Bill Borah? If so, I knew him and was in the elevator with him. I think I may have a photo that shows him with Elvis.
