Italians know more about politics than many Americans. Italians were supportive of the American community I lived in, especially after 9/11. Bush changed things, Italians were dragged into the Iraq war because of Berlusconi's politics. Our politics affect the people in the world. They have every right to voice their support for Obama because they know he will put intelligence back in the world and it will make a difference also in their lives (which are pretty wonderful by the way).

My mother lives in Cortina D'Ampezzo.Everywhere in the Veneto region is about corruption and taxes after taxes.The people from Cortina voted in 2007 to secede from Veneto because of the taxes.I live 8 months a year i Venezia and i'll give my blood for the city and i'll never leave it.I've invested almost everything there,the restoration and maintenance are very hard to keep and very expensive.Maybe someday you'll call me venetian cause it flows through my veins this city!I hate Berlusconi too..

Ohh I think that song is cute. I LOVE how they are singing it to the tune of Volare. I'm trying to find a version of Volare with a tune like this.. almost every version on youtube is really jazzy.
