Great Vid.
Good camera work and informative commentary.
I read your posts on Info pop and would certainly consider you a real expert in this because you have hands on experience and that's what really counts.

I want to purchase Chinesee 6YL 160 to press soybeans and sunflower. Can you please tell me the oil residue in the cake. For exaple if soybeans have 18% oil will it yield 10% of oil, or sunflower seeds have 44% oil will the caka have 10%. We will crush-mill the seeds first and buy the expeller with heaters on and run it on around 120 degrees Celsius. Please tell me the residue in your cakes?

@SojaTeks1 When pressing whole raw soybeans the fat remaining after one pass through the press is 10 to 11%. If the cake goes through the press again, the fat in the cake is 6 to 7 %. I did not test the sunflower press cake.
