I dont even think its even footage, looks like he just took a still and did small camera movements to make it appear like footage. good old videocopilot recently did a tut on it.

how you do this ?
you just grab one brush, and then create a mask that slowly reveal the brush, like an animation, or it's diferrent ?
you can do this in vegas or just in after effects ?

Peoples its not to hard to create, basically you'll need to track the shot in Boujou or something similar. The import all the date and its simple from then on.
