Fraps + Kega Fusion

Recorded @ half-size in full screen mode with 800x600 resolution. I imagine full-size would look better, but the framerate drops below 25 which makes the game unplayable. 800x600 is the best my computer can do.

Which is a shame, because this is a GORGEOUS game when you consider how old it is.

  • soundtrack is better on geneis.

  • The Sega CD version has a great soundtrack, but when I played this part on it, I was disappointed. Music didn't give that rush that the Genesis gave for this stage.

  • The CD soundtrack is a total hack job. A mindless collection of ambiance noises and lame rythms. I cannot respect anyone who cites this as the definite version. Spencer Nilsen sucks balls.

  • @stealthgear It's completely different actually. The soundtrack for the CD game was composed by Spencer Neilsen, and the Genesis soundtrack by someone else. The songs are all new for the CD.

  • I loved the song on the originial Genesis, it made me feel all panicky about this level, like HURRY THE FUCK UPPPPPPPP....

  • this level scared the shit out of me as a kid

  • I actually think this soundtrack is EXCELLENT! It's very nostalgic for me.

  • Me gusta mucho la musica de Ecco CD pero en esta fase la musica era mejor en la version Genesis.

  • Yeah the Genesis song on this level rawkd lol. Was intense to try to escape from her

  • I wouldn't have it any other way. There were alot of music from Genesis games that was just kickass. Too bad I can't find a single decent remix to Tube of Medusa. When I can, I'm thinking of learning Electric Guitar and at least try a decent rock arrange for it. It's a shame that all the good arrangers and remixers never tried this one.

  • Yeah, nothing compares to the Genesis music for this stage, remains in my mind as one of the most memorable pieces of music from the 16 bit era.
