  • did you use a combination stud w/ thicker on side that it bolts into the block, and a thinner stud on the outside?

cause i am using oem replacement studs, and its not lining up right, the holes are too small for it to line up right. i can just make them bigger like how the cast manifolds holes are oblong, its no big deal, i was just wondering how it would fit for you and not for me.. hmm.

  • To be honest it was about 2 years ago and can't realy remember. From what I remember we used Toyota branded studs instead as they are less prone to breaking.

  • Justin, is this when you had the Apexi Manifold on there? i can believe i found your video dude. This is Cameron the guy that bought your manifold. Whats Up! also, i tried fitting it on the studs and didnt line up right, you have any problem with this? its no big deal i can fix it, just wondering if it troubled you. thanks!

  • Hey Cameron, no problems with the manifold whatsoever, apexi bolted straight up it's cast made directly for it. This is an old vid, over a year ago. The Fans are controlled by a Pivot fan controller so they're not contstantly on as they were at the time of recording this.

  • wow nice gauges. Where did you get that powerfc commander holder from? Is it a universal one?

  • It's a generic "type-r" mobile phone holder I picked up at a local k-mart here in Australia. Removed the base of it (2 screws) to allow the handset to sit securely

  • oh shit thats sicks :D

  • you my friend are a genius

  • It's not wrong, it's meant to sound like that. That's what an OS Giken twin plate with an OS Giken clutch bearing sounds like at startup - noob.
