The main problem with the "free market" system is that due to corruption on capitol hill the free market is not really free. Because corruption exists everywhere you will not ever have a truly free market. When corporations runs hospitals profit is the bottom line and the patient suffers. Pharmaceuticals are the most expensive in the world here. I work in a pharmacy.
