SPICY CRISPY VEGETABLE
4 tbsp of Ching's Secret Green Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1½ medium cabbage small diced
3-4 asparagus sprigs
½ cup broccoli
1/2 cup onions diced
½ cup mushrooms, blanched
2 cups corn flour,
1 cup water
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1 tbsp oil
A pinch of baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly, drain and keep aside. in a bowl, add one cup of water to 2 cups of corn flour, baking powder and make a thick batter with it. Deep fry all the vegetables and keep them in the strainer. Heat oil in a wok. Add all the sauces, add a table spoon of water, add all the vegetables and mix while stirring.
Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
