I don't know where Darren's getting his data, but the lateral internal sphincterotomy, while having a high cure rate, has a 9% rate of some incontinence, which can be chronic. He presents it here as having no downside. Save surgery for a last resort. Botox can also cause some incontinence for months.

mine itches like crazy , but bleeds for like 6 sec. , doesn't hurt when i go to the bath room tho it just itches and bleeds at random weeks, i have lost 20 pounds (190 to 170) that could be my problem of my movement but im unsure, but it sucks

no,i just take laxatives every week and soften the stool, that way it dosent hurt so bad

i hate them i am only 15 and had this problem since i was 8 or 9 but never tought about it since 1-2 years ago and i was emarassed and too young to go to the doctor i ddnt know what to say i wouldnt poop for 2-3 weeks just because going to the toiled was a pain for me it would hurt so bad
