44 Part 2 - Take A Breath - A Jonas Brothers Fanfic - Season 2!!

My life has always been difficult, as you can probably tell. Youve been able to follow my story, my footsteps. To really see what its like, what its really like to be me. Not the best life a girl would want, not the worst. But, its all worth it. What always kept me going was knowing that God had a plan, and He was going to lead me in the right direction, that maybe, just maybe, that someday Ill find a little laughter, or maybe a happily ever after. Not everyone has a happily ever after. But for me, I hope I do. I know my parents would be proud. Although I knew them for 10 short years of my life, its a happy thing to know theyre looking down on me, watching me. My phone buzzed, interrupting my thoughts. I just then noticed I was crying. I didnt know the number.

Julia: who is this?
???: Maya.
Julia: maya who?
Maya: Maya Kibble. And you are?
Julia: Julia... how did you get my number?
Maya: Oh, well I was with Joey once and he had your phone on mistake so he just gave me your number so I could call him. I noticed it here and you sort of interested me... I was wondering who you were.
Julia: Oh, well Im a friend of theirs.
Maya: How long has it been since youve seen them?
Julia: Um, like 10 seconds ago. Im on the bus.
Maya: Seriously?
Julia: Yea...
Maya: Are you with them?
Julia: Not really, theyre in the other room talking.
Maya: About what?
Julia: Its complex
Maya: Oh... do you mind if I call you?
Julia: Sure...

for those of you who dont know Maya:
Maya is an EXTREMELY close family friend of the Jonas Brothers. They were neighbors when they were little and Mayas dad died. The boys and their family made a promise to the dad that he would take care of Maya and her mom. The boys have kept up that promise, by having Maya go on tour with them and keeping them company. They are extremely close friends, like brother and sister. They will probably never date, in real life that is... heres the link to a picture of her and Nick:
