Fort blueblood, nice spoils, everything respawns every 3 days.
There is always a nice magical battleaxe and in the crypt room, the chest hidden near the stairs usually has good things (Once got 3 x Strong potions of absorbtion which are 2000 each.
I'm level 20, so these guys have Ebony, Glass and the chests sometimes contain Daedric.
At low level, you will still get dwarven/elven items.
This place is part of the mage guild quest, one of the guild hall recommendations.
Gray Cowl Of Nocturnal comes in very handy :).
A stealthy approach is best.
