It's not necessarily about what you said so much as how you said it. If we say we don't vote and then you say that uneducated people shouldn't vote, than that kind of insinuates a blast towards us, yea?
I mean no offense in the posts I write, but presentation is everything. People can get pretty offended over stupid little matters, especially political matters.
No one likes to have their feelings hurt, and they really don't like to be told they are wrong.

fine then, it is worrying, happy?
did i say people who dont vote are uneducated?
i said people who are uneducated and uninformed maybe should stay home, to save us misery like the same people who vote for prop 8
i was not attacking her, i asked her a simple question and she answered

If it has burst a long time ago than why are you complaining about what we do? You sit back and call us uneducated, when you cannot even type out your words.
I'm not calling you dumb, but someone who is trying to get their point across should dress up their words a little bit if they want to be taken seriously.
'or do u thikn educated ppl actually liek reading dis?'
Again, I'm not calling you dumb But America is about Freedom of Choice. Why should you care what we decide to do?
-
Actually, you were the one who brought up worrying. Read your last post, yea?
And I'm not calling you dumb. The Electoral college is influenced by the Popular vote about as much as Youtubers are influenced by the comments they get. Some pay more attention than others.
And honestly, I think you should really consider what you are saying before you post comments. To call someone who doesn't vote uneducated is just stupid. Maybe someone doesn't want to vote because they are informed.

he is commander in chief, he was the one that called us into war, and yes we have congress to blame as well. BUT he should have had the good judgment not to drag us in.
listen if your dont want to participate in the democratic process, so be it. its what we call the disturbance theory, ppl who stand on the side until the bubble burst around them.
mine has already burst a long time ago
-
yea, but the popular vote influences the electoral college, i aint dumb buddy
who said about worrying? its about caring. its about caring whether or not our troops are cared for, whether or not children get access to good education. thats what its about, but then again maybe its a good thing uneducated uninformed people stay home and not vote... arent they free riders anyways?

I Loves You Too.

Bush is nowhere near killing this country or the world. It's fair to worry, but senseless all the same. Worrying does you no good at all.
To be fair, our votes don't matter, at least where Presidential elections are concerned. The electoral college determines the presidency. Contrary to popular opinion, it is not actually determined by popular vote. Thus, the only way to throw your vote away is to vote. Period.
you dont complain about politics, would you complain about your job? student loans? healthcare? taxes you pay for shopping?
just saying... i know how you feel sometimes, i go crazy bc politics is confusing and dirty, but it affects our lives, thats why everyone should care.
its people like you i worry about, bc young people thought the same back in 04 and then bush got into office and nearly killed this country and the freakin world

I actually don't complain about much at all. I don't complain much about my job, except when coworkers aren't doing their job. I would like to have free healthcare like in England (rather I would like to move to england.) When it comes to taxes, taxes are mostly necessary in some way or another and often help us consumers out in the long run.

I think that it really didn't matter who would have gotten in office in 04. I think that the country would have went though similar ordeals all the same. Bush isn't the only one responsible, the war is the fault of many others within the government. Bush is just the poster-boy for what happened.
