Boys Of Blue Hill

This catchy 4/4 tune is being played in the key of 'C' on a single row '4 stopper' Hohner.
I purchased this accordion (melodeon) off a man by the name of Harry McQueen of Castlemaine, Victoria (Australia) after he died.

September, 2009.

  • Hooray!

  • Thanks!

  • IT SOUNDS GREAT HECTOR , DONT LISTEN TO CRITICS ,THAT TUNE IS PLAYED SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS,

  • Very true. Played it in the band like this for set dances for years. Thanks for taking a look! Hec.

  • Boys of Bluehill is a 4/4 tune, specifically a hornpipe.

  • Oh well... minor technicality. As long as people enjoy the tune! Will alter the description text anyway though! Good on ya, Bill!
