The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island hosted 18 kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Nassau County for Global Youth Celebration Day. Their Community Footprints program focuses on improving literacy, helping others enhance their reading skills, and developing social and behavioral skills. The Celebration program wrapped up with the Most Valued Youth Awards being given to Robert Strange of the Fernandina club, plus Zachary Caruthers and Katie Crisp of the Miller club. Thanks to Kate Monahan, GM, Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, and Bill Gower, President, Boys & Girls Clubs of Nassau County Foundation. Go to bgcnassau.org for details.
