Volcker, who rarely gives one-on-one interviews, talks with CBS News' Anthony Mason about the banking industry, Wall Street's changing ways, and President Obama.

    Way to copy that. Anyway he was Chairman of the Fed for the greatest economic prosperity U.S. had ever seen. During Reagan, H.W. bush, and Clinton, he was chairman and early economic prosperity during Bush. However him keeping the interest rate low didn't have any impact on the banks risk taking. It was more of fiscal policy by bush.
