Anne/ I ran into the phrase "trance blues" about Otis Taylor; intrigued, I came here & this was the 1st thing I saw. As a result, within 2 weeks I bought every OT CD available & I've sent and posted this link a dozen times, all because of the power of this. I was disappointed not to find you on every CD back to the beginning; your presence is pure energy & your playing here and in the snow in Ottawa is so beautiful. Next: your CDs! Thanks for digging it and spreading the word! I just started playing with Otis in 2008. So far I show up only on his most recent CD, Clovis People Vol 3. I'll have to check out Hamid Drake.
