Progress continues on the sculpture of Crazy Horse Mountain in the Black Hills of SD. This presentation is a reflection from it's start to current work and a view of the Sculpture's studio and other works he has done.


Native American leaders chose Crazy Horse for the mountain carving because he was a great and patriotic hero. Crazy Horse's tenacity of purpose, his modest life, his unfailing courage, and his tragic death set him apart and above the others

@CDplayer0 are you responding to my post? cuz you must have misread it--A lot of native people I know are completely against this sculpture even if it is an Indian man---its a desecration of the Black Hills. I agree with your view--and native people have every right to continue to take their list of grievances to the govt and the people to get some action.

the dececration of a moutain. who gave them the right to destroy this beautiful holy place in 'honor' of a chief who NEVER would allowed his name be allowed with it!!!
