Questions: is the Hard Candy glitter glue you use the same "I buy this @Walmart because I'm cheap but still edgy" brand? Can I buy it there?

I just cut my hair into an extreme asymmetrical cut (I love it!) And I've been trying to pop hair flowers in on the short side like you have here but it's not working on me. Did you have to fuss around with it a lot or find flatter smaller flowers?
