  • its so cool that he's so enthusiasiastic about music. That's something that's not seen very often and you can just see in his face that he's so stoked and pumped about music.

  • I whole-heartily agree about what Steve Vai said about working om music at night. My creativity always spawns and I always come up with my best material in the late hours of the night.

  • What was this album?

  • Alien Love Secrets is my favorite Vain album. I'm so excited to hear him say this. Just drums, bass, guitar. Ahh, I can't wait! Fast forward to the future, please!

  • hey steve, come to hawaii since its a world tour. I dont know about everybody else, but ill be there. whether it be on the big island, oahu, kauai, or maui.

  • I wouldn´t mind if he wake me up in the middle of the night with some crazy riffs. :D

  • I now have more inspiration to put some ink on paper, and my fingers on the fretboard Thanks!

  • @CoDGunner1 I may be mistaken, but Steve is a lot like Frank Zappa who was extremely anti-drugs. I really don't think he is on drugs. Music is his drug, and as you can see he never stops =].

  • I was going to say he might die soon because he uses his mind too much, but then I thought back to Leonardo Da Vinci (greatest human being) who lived into his sixties and Michelangelo (The greatest artist) who lived to be 88 years old and spent those final years designing the dome of St. Peter's Basilica!

So, it's probably not possible to die from using your mind too much. That's probably the one thing you can't overdo, rather, it probably helps you live longer.

  • thumbs up if one of your speakers stopped working :P

  • @rudessdfdf Berklee offers classes in everything for comp majors. There is an orchestration class and if he was a composition major(which I'm not sure if he was) there is always lessons in orchestration. There are also many books on orchestration. I'm a composition major, though not at berklee.

  • For what reason would this video have dislikes lol!
