  • unfortunately jampba juice isnt just fruit n veggies... check the nutrition some of the large ones have over 100g of sugar.. but anyways good job on the water. I second ash's comment of the fresco menu much better than the other stuff. good job on the water and avoiding the pop.

  • I'd rather go to Subway and get a 6" Veggie Delight sub then go to any other fast food chain - hehe. Now is hot tea is no no? Because besides water I love to drink hot tea at my mother in laws. I love my rubbermaid chug-able re-fillable water bottle. i bought a 32oz and a 20oz. They make drinking water easier for me for some odd reason. hehe.

  • @AshleysWWsdiary What a great idea! Water Only is really not that hard if you simply start to do it. It's the food that I'm having trouble with. If you have any other healthy food ideas please let me know!

  • @inspiredzen Thanks ASH! Good to see you're doing updates on your channel! Keep up the good work. I'm going to try my hardest to be more serious this year with this Water Only 365 project. I'm taking it one month at a time this go round because I feel it's the most effective way to accomplish my goals and to help others. If you have any good food ideas email me or send me a clip of you talking about them and I'll include them in next weeks video. Thanks!

  • Why don't you just buy a sturdier water bottle and refill it using your water filter? It's not safe to refill the thin bottles of water you buy at the store and it's wasteful to keep buying them.

  • @TheEternalAge Yes you can lose weight by changing your eating habbits and consuming more water. Last year I ate raw foods for 2 months and drank only water and lost 30 pounds! I'm trying some different ideas this year that I'm hoping will help me more for the long term then just the 2 months like last year.
