Enjoy a tour of Woodbine Beach. one of Toronto's most popular beaches. The area has been recognized as one of seven Blue Flag beaches in Toronto, and features access to swimming and outdoor sports (such as beach volleyball).

  • I lost my favorite ball at that damn beach lmao xD

  • @red666A We live here and it's great in the summer! This is in The Beach (or Beaches) neighbourhood about 30 minutes east of downtown Toronto. There is over 2 km of uninterrupted sandy beach running the length of the waterfront that makes up the south end of the neighbourhood.

There's volleyball, surfing, canoeing, an off-leash dog area, and yes the water is safe for swimming!

  • I luv the country called Canada for what it is

  • They need to import some Jamaican or Californian sand to that "beach" lake. The sand looks and feel awful.

  • How far is this from Humber college?

  • What's in the lake? ie things that eat us lol

  • i just love my home. everywhere else is good too.

  • I LOVEEEEE Toronto. Dunno bout the water being swimmable though.

  • It is a great place to just park, get out and walk, enjoy the lake, the breeze, observe the ecclectic housing, head up along Queen Street east of Woodbine Ave. to shop and stop at some of the amazing eateries then hop on the street car near the end of Queen St East when you are so tired and enjoy the ride back - great day into evening adventure. And don't forget the Jazz festival but good luck getting a parking spot - just get dropped off instead.
