Obama Wins Mississippi

Barack Obama has beaten rival Hillary Clinton to win the Democratic primary election in the southern state of Mississippi. Obama trounced his Democratic rival, taking 61 percent of the vote to Clinton's 37 percent. Exit polls showed that about 90 percent of African-Americans backed Obama, who is trying to become America's first black president.

The victory in Mississippi extended Obama's lead over Hillary Clinton in pledged delegates to the August nominating convention.

The next big showdown is in Pennsylvania in six weeks time. With 158 delegates at stake, it's the biggest single-state haul remaining in the race for the nomination

Obama won more delegates in Texas. He leads in total delegates and total popular vote. Pennsylvania isn't critical for Clinton -- there's no way she can pull out the delegates to catch up to Obama win the nomination. The Reuter's reporter is listening to Clinton's press hacks and not doing her own research.

Hillary claims to be capable when that disstress call comes in on the red telephone, but Obama is capable to make that call not to come in at all. Therefore an active commander-in-chief is useless in a peaceful environment. We need someone to tackle a problem from the root and not one with cosmetic finish.

Not, likely. she is dividing the party she needs to step down before she hurts Obama by helping McCain. This selfish reckless behavior is why i dislike her. She has no regard for the DNC and its people. I want her to release her Tax forms, like Barack did.

Also last week when he was apprently had HORRIBLE week, he actually gained a total of 7 delegates including super delegate + pledge delegate.
