@DSREK7 they have been doing it for hundreds of years with no ill affects. "Shaken baby syndrome" requires much, much more force, please look into "shaken baby syndrome" to understand how it is caused. This is no worse then shaking a baby on your knee.

Even though this has perfectly good intentions, I really hope this festival is followed by the "Make Babies Laugh" festival. Because that one benefits the adults. It's easy to make a baby cry, it's really hard to make them laugh. You must be strong and patient to make a baby laugh. >:I
